Glenrose Village has partnered with Youngster.co to provide Free Tech Help for Seniors.

Every Tuesday, starting 22 September, from 10am to 12pm, customers can access free 30-minute, one-on-one sessions with a tech-savvy local Youngster. Find them near Zap Variety.

Participants can bring their smartphone, tablet, or laptop to receive help with:

Essential Services: Setting up and navigating MyGov, Medicare, and Centrelink online accounts
Health & Safety: Organising script apps, making medical bookings, and identifying online scams or suspicious messages
Everyday Convenience: Setting up new devices, signing up for apps, managing customer loyalty programmes, and navigating online returns portals
